Giving and Receiving Effective Feedback Workshop
Leaders and Managers are responsible for giving feedback every day. The ability to do this effectively increases engagement, commitment and strengthens relationships.
The Shift+ Applied Feedback Workshop equips leaders with skills to engage in more productive feedback conversations both internally and externally. During and after the workshop managers will:
Learn how to listen and probe more deeply
Practice skills immediately through giving and receiving feedback in the sessions·
Improve their own self-awareness as leaders
Partner with colleagues to create a feedback-rich culture bringing about organization-wide behavior change
This workshop is offered as a full day or two half days in person. Offered virtually through a series of five two-hour sessions.
